How often should I get my air-con serviced ?

Once every 3 months for residential and once a month for commercial units

How often should I get my condenser serviced?

Once a year would be sufficient to ensure that your condenser runs smoothly.

Can I service my own air-con?

It is not recommended that you carry out the servicing yourself. Only a qualified professional should service the air-con to ensure the safety of everyone.

Why is my air-con leaking?

This is because the drain pipe is choked. Once the choke is cleared, the air-con should not leak any further.

Why is my air-con not cold?

This could be due to several reasons such as the lack of refrigerant in the system, a dirty indoor fancoil leading to weak dissipation of cold air or even an under-sized air-con unit.

Why is my refrigerator’s cooling power poor?

Poor cooling is often the result of a heavy frost build-up on the evaporator coils or a condenser that is clogged with dust, and dirt. A refrigerator or freezer that is cooling poorly, may have a problem in one of several areas :

  • Evaporator coils
  • Fan Motor
  • Condenser

Another possibility is a problem with the refrigerant level or the compressor. Consult our repair technician to further diagnose your problem.

Why is my refrigerator leaking?

The causes are many, depending on where the water leakage is coming from.
